HIIT training program

In this blog, I will present you a very efficient HIIT program. The whole program consists of one training session which lasts 20 minutes.


This training program consists of 3-minute cardio warmup and 17-minute HIIT workout with intermittent bursts of high intensity intervals with rest intervals.



General structue:


3min - warmup

30s per exercise -6 exercises


60s per exercise - 4 exercises

20s - rest


50s per exercise - 4 exercises

20s - rest


40s per exercise - 4 exercises

20s - rest


30s per exercise - 4 exercises

20s - rest


20s per exercise - 4 exercises

20s rest


10s per exercise - 4 exercises

20 s rest


My recommendation is to repeat this trainingsession 3-4 times per week for best results
