Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit within 15 days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be allowed. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with UPC label attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. No returns will be accepted after 15 days or without the UPC label attached. Items purchased online must be returned to our factory and cannot be returned to an Xplorer store. 

Shipping and handling on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 15 days. Xplorer ships all packages exclusively via UPS (United Parcel Service) only. UPS is unable to ship to a PO box. 

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as the customer in this agreement. 

By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.

Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
