Does Xplorer ship outside of the European union?

Xplorer ships gear only for EU contries.  If you are located outside EU you may contact us by email [email protected] . You may choose to pay the additional shipping cost. Customers who are located outside EU are responsible for any custom fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border.

I am unable to get any shipping estimate?.

Please be sure you are entering your country AND postal/zip code. Both locations are needed to estimate shipping properly. If you only enter a postal/zip code it will also need a country. You can also refresh the page to reset the form and start over entering your information in. If this solution doesnt work for you please feel free to contact us to complete your purchase and we will troubleshoot your issues.

I cannot add items to my cart or check them out. When I hit "add to cart" it takes me to the cart page and says that my cart is empty.

The reason for this is caused by your browsers cookies settings. Most/all online stores and websites require cookies to be enabled to make purchases and use the full functions of the website. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping, 2-3 business days for small items like gift cards, apparel and footwear. Large items include products like treadmillsm, bikes hoverboards and fitness equipment and typically require a minimum 3-4 business days.

I want to place an order. What payment methods does Xplorer accept?

Xplorer accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Pay Pal. Since all orders are placed online, we cannot accept money orders or checks.

Can I return my order?

You may return regularly priced merchandise purchased on Xplorer for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, at this time we can’t process exchanges, but feel free to return the item in question and place a new order.

Can I add more products to an order that has already been submitted?

No. Xplorer is a web-based company; therefore, in order to maintain an accurate inventory, we cannot manually add, replace, or remove any item once an order has been submitted for any reason. You will need to place an additional order if you wish to purchase additional items.

If I make a mistake or change my mind, can I cancel my order?

In case of a mistake (or you change your mind), we have a refund policy with free return shipping. Once you receive your order, you can return it at no cost to you.
