Shipping Methods and Costs
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined by items price, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the European union, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Where does Xplorer Ship?
- EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
When Will My Order Ship?
Each product on xplorerlife.com has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days. Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include holidays within the EU.
What shipping methods are available?
Xplorerlife.com offers many fast and convenient shipping methods for items purchased online, including small-item shipping methods, large-item shipping methods and gift cards.
Gift card Shipping Methods:

Small Item Shipping Methods:
Small items include products like apparel and footwear. Shipping methods available:
- Standard shipping, 2-3 business days
Please Note: Your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12 p.m., or it may not be processed until the next business day.
Large Item Shipping Methods:
Large items include products like treadmils, bikes hoverboards and fitness equipment. These large and heavy products cannot be sent by traditional package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item carrier.
After the carrier receives your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Typically, carriers require a minimum four-hour window for delivery. An adult older than age 18 must be present and available to sign for the delivery. Large-item shipping methods include:
- Curbside Delivery Your item will be delivered curbside via standard freight. Drivers do not assist in the assembly of your product. We recommend you have someone to help you bring your item indoors.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
You can view the status of your shipment by the clicking url send in the e-mail message received upon sending.
Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased, selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
Return Policy
Xplorerlife.com, a 14-day return or exchange on most products. An original sales receipt or pack slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
To return or exchange an item without an original sales receipt or pack slip, a valid photo ID (see below for acceptable types of ID) will be required and recorded at the time of the return. Information from the ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity that xplorerlife.com use to authorize returns. Xploerlife.com reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
- All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories.
- Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
- In store returns or exchanges without a receipt or pack slip will be offered a store credit for the lowest selling price or offered the manufacturers' contact information.
- Online orders returned by mail must include the pack slip.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
- Returns where a coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.
- Used Bikes, Special Order items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
- Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Electronic Scooters (hoveboards) cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken.
- Electronics engine powered items must be returned in the original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories.
- Electronics include: GPS, sonar, cameras, radios, headphones, fitness technology, DVDs, metal detectors, watches, electronic collars, digital compasses, personal locator beacons, and electric trolling motors.
- Items needing repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
- The following IDs are accepted for returns: Driver's License, Country ID, Military ID, or Passport.
- We are committed to the accuracy of our scanner pricing system. If a customer is charged a higher price at point of sale for an item that is advertised by xplorerlife.com or displayed in store at a lower price, we will honor the lowest price.
Items purchased online can be returned for a refund via post, or can be returned in-store for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if item is not faulty.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Giftcards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
