During exercise wear adequate clothing

Clothes that you use to exercise have to be comfortable and adapted for physical activity or climatic conditions. Practice in that kind of clothes in which you feel good and make sure that your clothing does not restrict the movements. Women are advised to wear a bra strong enough.


Many people believe that with more sweat we lost more weight but this is a fallacy. If you exercise with too many clothes without sufficient intake of liquids only put additional strain on the body.
