WARRANTY AND SERVICE

For all purchased X-PLORER products company provides service and spare parts during the warranty period on account of the company and outside the warranty period at the expense of the buyer.


GUARANTEE

1. X-PLORER gives 12-month warranty on all home use fitness equipment and 36-month on bikes and semi-pro and pro fitness equipment. The warranty is valid if it is compiled by the official services listed in the warranty.

2. For service under warranty, the owner must bring the device to the nearest service at his own expense. The manufacturer will pay delivery if it is locally at least 50 km away. If the defect is not covered by warranty, service shall be paid by the customer.

3. Since manufacturer is expected to perform all the provisions of warranty at no charge in the period not exceeding 45 days. Thereafter, the product will be replaced with new or the money will be refunded to the buyer.

4. If service takes more than 10 days, the guarantee will be extended for the same period.

5. The manufacturer guarantees that all spare parts required for service will be available for at least five years.

6. The guarantee applies only to the original invoice issued by retail stores.

7. Warranty does not cover below damages:

Periodic review and replacement of parts that need to be changed due to regular use

Failures caused by the service outside of our network services

Adjustments that are not considered \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"normal\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" for these types of products unless the manufacturer decides otherwise.


8. This guarantee does not interfere with the laws that apply in the Republic of Croatia.


For X-PLORER products guarantee applies for one to 3 years, depending on the type of product, which is described in detail on the guarantee that the buyer gets in the box with purchased X-PLORER product.
