Terms and methods of delivery

X-PLORER carries out delivery of ordered products in collaboration with high quality delivery services. The method of delivery: courier deliveries goods to the fence door in case the house (without entering your property), in the case of buildings to house port number (not the door). If the buyer lives on the floor, courier does not bring the goods to the door, the buyer have to organize that.

The delivery on Croatian territory is for free. Deadline for delivery of products is 5 working days. The delivery services do not deliver on Sundays, non-working days and holidays so they do not enter into a period of delivery.Products which are ordered on weekdays until 10:00AM we provide the same day to the delivery service. Items which are ordered on weekdays after 10:00AM we provide to the delivery service at the next work day.

The recipient verifies and signatures on the delivery note after receipt of the delivered goods.

In accordance with Zakon o obveznim odnosima, recipient with an inspection of the delivery note confirms that the received goods are undamaged, and thereafter the carrier is free from any subsequent liability. The sender will pick-up list to indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation, where the later signet delivery reference number will be proof of completed delivery.
